A racial equity advocacy group is circulating a petition that asks wealthy white people to refrain from allowing their high school student teens to apply to Ivy League universities and other top 50 colleges in order to make room for students of color.

“Our pledge was brought about by the need to give kids in our community educational opportunities that we have been denied for centuries,” said Michele Washington, founder of Dallas Justice Now (DJN)

Pledge letters are currently being sent out in the 95% white Highland Park and University Park neighborhoods of Dallas, according to a DJN press release.“Many wealthy white folks including those who live in the 95% white Park Cities think they are allies because they put up a Black Lives Matter sign or parade black people like animals at their charity galas that somehow they aren’t part of the problem,” Washington told Dallas City Wire. “They are the problem. If whites want to be our allies, they MUST make sacrifices.”

It will be interesting to see if the number of applications to ‘elite’ colleges from these rich suburbs drop. Whose future will they put first, their own kids or black kids?

Good idea for rich white liberals to give up their spots at exclusive institutions. For that matter, white professors and administrators should also give up their jobs to people of color. After all, they are the ones blathering about systemic racism and social justice. Time for them to walk the walk, not just talk the talk.

The problem is that there are precious few colleges that have not surrendered to the PC agenda. Hillsdale College, Grove City College, Liberty University, and Covenant College immediately come to mind. These colleges are generally affiliated with conservative, evangelical denominations. Most high school graduates would be better off going to trade schools where they have a good chance of making a living.

They need to continually go into the Ivy League classrooms and yell at the white Leftists who took a seat from a deserving minority. Why stop at current students though? Why not go and harass white people like Elizabeth who outright stole a seat from a Native American by falsely claiming to be one?

Elizabeth Warren owes full tuition, room, and board to a deserving Native American.
