Conservative commentator Matt Walsh very observantly noticed some things that just don’t add up in a recent photo op posted by Democrat Senator Michael Bennet over the weekend.
The Colorado Senator who is running for reelection in 2022 and was originally appointed to the position in 2009, has elitist roots but you wouldn’t know it from his “man of the people” Twitter post on Saturday in which he portrays himself as out in a field doing some “down to earth” farming.
He’s “one of us,” don’t you know?
But as Matt Walsh shows us, at least when it comes to some politicians, things are not always as they appear.

So it’s doubtful Bennet was farming when he was interrupted by a call from Joe Biden (assuming that even happened). Lord only knows the last time that tractor was fired up.
I think the part where he implied ol’ Joe can actually talk, is more unbelievable than him doing tractor work.

That tractor style (tiny v-angled front wheels, little engine, open narrow wheelbase) went out in the mid-sized 60s. It is now older than I am!

My son-in-law farms. He’s haying today. My daughter had to make sure his long-sleeved shirt was crisply pressed, and that the cuff buttons were secure - don’t want those puppies popping off while he’s out in the hot sun and allowing a breeze up the arm. Plus he has to make sure he’s got lots of hair product so everything stays neat in case a droplet of sweat forms. It’s hard to stay nicely coiffed when you’re out in the fields all day! Have some empathy, folks.
I think this guy needs a Go Fund Me - that’s a pretty old beat up tractor for such a sleek farmer. He needs to update.

No “farmers” have used that model of tractor in several decades either.

This is posed or he is not married. If he was married, his wife would have his ass for being on a tractor in his suit. I don’t care how many other suits he has. She is not going to let him get one greasy.
