Leading up to the events of 9/11, there was probably no federal agency with a higher public stature than the FBI:...
But today, after two decades of failure, embarrassment, mendacity, favoritism, political partisanship, incompetent leadership and exasperating sanctimony about a “higher loyalty,” the Bureau’s moral reputation lies in tatters.
Whether it was former Director James Comey sanctimoniously dithering in public over Hillary Clinton’s emails in 2016, to former Deputy Director Andrew McCabe’s misleading of investigators about his role in leaking confidential memos to the news media, to the illicit lovebirds Peter Strzok and Lisa Page cooing about an “insurance policy” against a Trump victory that year, the FBI has destroyed its squeaky-clean public image.
But wait — there’s worse. It’s become an organization of snitches and spies.. would-be terrorist plots thwarted by the FBI — only to find that the vast majority of them were facilitated by agents and informers posing as terrorists themselves.

Would it suprise anyone to find out that the EPA helps eco-terrorists cause disasters so the EPA can make more rules and increase its budget?
That is what the FBI is doing.....and I will bet anyone that they are not the only agency doing it.
The FBI should be legislated into non-existence. They have been the most corrupt organization since it’s inception.

Something about raw power attracts sexual psychopaths to such organizations. Lavrentiy Beria, Stalin's head of secret police, would randomly kidnap women he found attractive off the street, rape them, and sometimes kill them.
Chris Wray did everything...to shield the FBI from being responsible for becoming corrupt...everything, including embarrassing himself with his outlandish rationalizations for FBI behavior.
He only succeeded in making things WORSE.
A week before the EPA intentionally dumped millions of gallons of orange, toxic waste into the Animas river , a letter to the editor was published in The Silverton Standard, authored by a retired geologist detailing how EPA would foul the Animas River on purpose in order to secure superfund money and power..

Isn’t it about time to completely dismantle the FBI? The rot that permeates that outfit is so deep and wide, I don’t see that it can be fixed.

For 30 years I used to think ATF was the bottom of the barrel law enforcement agency. Nope. FBI by a long shot.
I love Mollie, but I’m surprised she doesn’t seem to realize that Wray is the LEADER OF THE BAND of corrupt Agents.
She must know that since his confirmation hearing, his smirk screamed...”I’m gonna save the Bureau from any reform.”

At least blame was properly placed.
I believe that the ATF (now BATF) has been worse. Its agents have always had a bad rep.
I remember when the FBI was sensitive to bad publicity and cared about it’s image. Now they wield enormous power over American citizens, so much they’re not concerned about how the public thinks of them. They no longer fear the American people and that scares me to death.
They’re in full Hubris mode now. They might not fear the citizenry, but God is taking notes. This world, however beautiful or horrific, is temporary.
