Republican Senator Rand Paul has officially referred Dr. Anthony Fauci to the Department of Justice for criminal investigation and prosecution. Paul delivered the referral, written in a letter, to Attorney General Merrick Garland Wednesday afternoon and is alleging Fauci lied to Congress about funding dangerous gain-of-function research.
"Without question the evidence we presented in Committee yesterday shows that the NIH was funding research in Wuhan. We showed the exact numerical series of numbers that goes with the grant number, so yes they were funding the Wuhan lab," Paul said. "The second question is whether or not the research was gain-of-function. The NIH actually defines gain-of-function, and I read that definition to him [Fauci] but he didn't listen, the definition is that any kind of animal virus that occurs in nature that affects animals only or infects animals only if you recombine it or mutate it or adapt in a lab with other viruses so it has characteristics that change it to an animal only virus to being a virus that can now infect humans, that you've gained in function...you've made it more dangerous. Without question this is what happened in the Wuhan lab."
"Dr. Fauci is not disinterested. If this virus came from the lab and it becomes clear he was funding dangerous research, moral culpability, responsibility attaches to him and he does not want that so he's shirking that nut in so doing he's not being honest with the American people and Congress," Paul continued. "Right now Fauci is getting away with this because nobody is questioning him."

I don’t care how crazy this sounds, but I’m positive that covid was engineered by globalists and the CCP and unleashed on purpose. It wasn’t just China. It was our own as well. I’ve heard others say the same and I laughed at the idea. But each new item that comes out leads to this conclusion.
The most negligent thing Fauci has done is publicly declare last spring that taking Vitamin D3 and Vitamin C does NO GOOD. This at a time when people of color were dying at 2 1/2 the rate of light skinned people, at the time in spring when everyone is at least somewhat deficient in Vitamin D3 because they were not getting out much in the weaker winter sun. I read one scientific paper that 80% of negro men tested in a hospital who needed intensive care including ventilation were D deficient, whereas a population of homeless who were also checked out had good D levels because they spent a lot of time outdoors. For that matter I think our entire government health establishment is criminally negligent for failing to publicly announce the importance of Vitamin D3, especially in the fall and winter months. One third the US population is D deficient whatever their color. My light skinned son who is in Special Forces, 6’1” was advised to take 5,000 IU of D for his winter depression (SAD). I think he is still taking it. I have also seen scientific papers connecting the clotting, and other bleeding issues with D deficiency.
Fauci reminds me a mad scientist you see in the movies. He is dedicated to his theory and experiments and instead of testing his hypothesis with nonbiased experiments he manipulates his experimental techniques to PROVE his hypothesis. That is why he kept flip flopping on what works and doesn’t work to prevent covid. Remember he went from about as bad as a common cold to no mask to double mask. Don’t need to ban travel to lock downs. He was studying his new virus weapon under different circumstances. He is dangerous.

Don’t forget all the meds and supplements that Trump indicated were effective that Fauci went nuts and said they didn’t and there would have to be double blind studies to recommend them for covid treatment. Hydroxie, ivermectin, C and D3 vitamins.... and on and on he went... When many doctors came out for and treated with such they were ridiculed and threatened. Pharmasists would not fill doctors script for hydroxie... how did that come about?

This referral may never go anywhere but the fact that Rand Paul is Fauci’s nemesis is undeniable.
