Because he is. He is on vacation for a bit before being reinstated. Lol.
If this continues, President Trump could end up with 2+ terms.
While I think he should be reinstated, I do not believe there is legal recourse to do so. If he is reinstated, since a significant portion of this term will have been consumed fraudulently, I do not think it should count towards the two term limit. And it extends to many more races than just the presidential.
This is fraud and treason on a national level and enforcement of the existing laws against those who perpetrated and/or participated in the fraud, need to be brought to justice in a very public manner.
