While I think he should be reinstated, I do not believe there is legal recourse to do so. If he is reinstated, since a significant portion of this term will have been consumed fraudulently, I do not think it should count towards the two term limit. And it extends to many more races than just the presidential.
This is fraud and treason on a national level and enforcement of the existing laws against those who perpetrated and/or participated in the fraud, need to be brought to justice in a very public manner.
I agree in full with what your saying. Especially looking at the down ballot. We may gain the house and senate at the end of this. They cheated on all and not just President. And there should be public hearings for the guilty. I always heard they treason is a hanging offense. Not sure if that still stands or if it applies to the military. I want these people in jail.
