I wondered if by chance he was reinstated after the massive fraud is found out and corrected. It’s not going to happen by august like some are saying. It would take a while because these other key states will stall. So if it happens will he be allowed to run again in 2024 because he did not get the full 4 year term or will they only give him the remainder of 2020 term.
No he won't. Constitutionally he can be elected twice only. If he is reinstated before January 2025 that counts as his second time.
The Arizona recount would only affect Arizona’s electoral vote. And Arizona’s vote in the Electoral College is not sufficient to overturn the election.
