I wondered if by chance he was reinstated after the massive fraud is found out and corrected. It’s not going to happen by august like some are saying. It would take a while because these other key states will stall. So if it happens will he be allowed to run again in 2024 because he did not get the full 4 year term or will they only give him the remainder of 2020 term.

The constitution says that if in the president for > 2 years it counts as a full term.

If Trump is reinstated then that's it. Per the 22nd Amendment he's allowed to be elected to the presidency twice. Of course, if Trump is reinstated to the presidency without anything in the Constitution supporting that action then the Constitution is out the window anyway so Trump might as well run again in 2024 and 2028 and 2032.

The libs and their CCP buddies heads would explode if he were allowed to serve 2+ terms.

Right now it’s going to take him 3 years to undo all Biden and Harris have done. I certainly hop President Trump has an extensive naughty list of swamp rats ready for firings and prosecutions.
