I long for the day when there is an actual Catholic in the Papcy.

We will continue attending our SSPX chapel & the marxist tool of Satan who issued this evil order can go to Confession & beg for Forgiveness or not.

I so agree with you.

I personally think the decision should be left up to each parish.

I’m amazed that those dedicated to Catholic teaching get banned, but the lgbtq out there get promoted.

Wonder why they want to kill very traditional Catholic growth? Rock solid pro life, pro natural family, natural marriage, natural gender, anti-immorality. In short, they toe the Catholic line as it is written.

You answer your own question.

The majority of today’s Catholic Bishops do not care about or are actively opposed to the things you mention.

The Pope permitted a pagan idol to be placed upon an alter during a mass that he attended.

What more do you need to know to believe that this pope is an anti-pope or an heretic?

A papal decree published by the Vatican is all hat and no cattle; all sizzle and no steak. Some Bishops will ignore Bergoglio just as some Bishops ignored the decree from Pope Benedict XVI in 2007. Bergoglio’s insult of the Latin mass is like a US President insulting of the American flag. Rude and weak.

Pope Francis is a turkey, with strong affinities to biden—our own “Catholic” turkey!!!!

Traditionalist Roman Catholics might take a good look at Western Rite Orthodoxy—and even Eastern Rite Orthodoxy!!!!

It’s just surprising. Shouldn’t most folks in the same church be delighted at a group that wanted to do things right? Not here, though...they want to get rid of them.

B.S. You’re extrapolating from some very limited exposure in one parish, probably. What you’re claiming has no applicability whatsoever in my general area, which would be the entire PNW.

The people in the church who are hostile to the TLM don't see the traditional Catholics as "doing things right." As I said before, the traditional Catholics embarrass the crap out of a lot of people in the Catholic Church -- including much of the hierarchy.

In all the places I've lived, the TLM was instituted at the behest of wealthy Catholics who prevailed upon the bishop to allow the TLM. In once case the radical leftist bishop was openly hostile to traditional Catholicism but (remarkably) allowed the Fraternity of St. Peter to staff an apostolate in a parish church.

It's no coincidence that the parish in question happened to be the wealthiest parish in the entire country. They basically bought the bishop off.

In my experience, the most successful TLM apostolates have been those that operate with the permission of the bishop, but in churches that are not owned by the diocese. This is a very important point in these chaotic times. The church properties I describe here are owned by a separate corporation with lay board of trustees that would ultimately prevail in any legal dispute with the local bishop.

It’s starting to look like either Francis does not believe in God, or he believes he is greater than God. He certainly does not fear God.

I’m hearing the tridentalists are a growing segment of the church. Wonder why they want to kill very traditional Catholic growth?

Yes...the ONLY growing segment pretty much.

They want to kill it off because they hate it....hate it the same way Satan despises everything good and holy. They sang "a new church into being" of happy-clappy-church, but it stood for nothing, got grayer and grayer, and is now dying on the vine. Meanwhile traditionalists keep growing and growing. They abandon churches, we move in....they sell off properties, we buy them. They completely shut for lockdowns, we tried to stay open as much as possible.

As bad as this looks, this is a last-ditch panic move by a small-minded, autocratic and petty man, spurred on by autocratic liberals who are salivating over the fact that through him they seized control of the most powerful office in Christianity.

But it won't matter ultimately. I won't give up the Latin Mass and neither will lots and lots of other people. They can't stop us.

Ha ha...most trads have no blessed clue what WRO is, so I wouldn't keep the light on! I do, but there are always going to be closer options if need be.

The FSSP and ICK, in particular, are not going away, and even if a bishop drives them completely out of a diocese the SSPX will happily step in.

Ignorant comment. Try attending a mass or just go to the parking lot. Then confession for calumny perhaps.

That’s because the person occupying the Papal seat is no more Catholic than my dog. He’s doing everything he can to take Christ OUT of the Church & replace him with mankind which is severe error &, imo an abomination!

SSPX & other Latin Only Rite parishes & chapels are growing vs the NO parishes. He cannot tolerate the body of Christ growing at all. Everything this man has done has been has driven more people, especially the young adults away from the flock.

I hear you; even though I no longer worship, the beauty of the Prayers at the Foot of the Altar remain with me...
