She seems to be a ,”baseball Annie”. Considering that she went voluntarily with him and everyone seems to agree she wanted sex, this is going to be tough, to take to a court and jury. Assuming she really wants to press charges.

I don’t have much sympathy for Bauer or his 21 year old female friend. People who get off on brutalizing others or being brutalized by others are people who need professional help.

I went to the Yankees game a couple Saturday nights ago at Fenway Park. It sure was fun chanting Yankees Suck though.
FYI, I have been going to Fenway since the mid 80’s. I have never been to a game there with more Yankee fans in attendance. It really shows the mass exodus from the NYC area in the last year or so.

That may be the case but from the information released by Bauer’s own camp it’s pretty clear he choked her to unconsciousness then sodomized and beat her. There are pictures of her from the second round that show her pretty beat up. Even if the encounter was or at least started consensual it seems likely that a civil jury would agree you can’t consent to a beating when you are unconscious. In any case I doubt the Dodgers want to be associated with all that. Then again it’s California so who knows.

Respectfully, those pics prove nothing, against Bauer. I’ve seen such pics in another case, that got thrown out, as a former girlfriend of the alleged “victim” was very willing to testify that they were the result of an encounter with a door frame, initiated by the “victim” to enter as false evidence. Thank you.
