During a portion of an interview with BET set to air on Friday that was broadcast on Thursday’s “CBS This Morning,” Vice President Kamala Harris responded to a question on whether she’d compromise by agreeing to voter ID provisions to pass voting legislation by stating that we shouldn’t downplay the impact voter ID laws could have. Because to some, voter ID means, “you’re going to have to Xerox or photocopy your ID to send it in to prove that you are who you are.” And many people live where “there’s no Kinko’s, there’s no OfficeMax near them.”
Journalist Soledad O’Brien asked, “People are talking about potential compromises. Is agreeing to voter ID one of those compromises that you’d support?”

Another option that should be available is notarization by a notary, licensed caregiver or office staff member of the voter’s treating physician.

Libraries have copy machines. I seem to recall the High’s store in my town having one back in the 1990s, although that may not be true anymore.
Until Assurance Wireless was taken over by T-Mobile, my standard issue Obamaphone was a basic Kyocera cell phone without a camera.
Not all Obamaphones have cameras.
I bought a compatible smartphone and use that. They want to issue me a new phone, which I ought to apply for.
Interesting that she mentioned Kinko’s. Where I am, that’s now FedEx Office.
My bank has a photocopier.
However, since the Covid scare, my bank only offers window service.
Mr. Grocery/Drug Store Manager, I’m with the local Democratic Party, can I plug in my photocopy machine so voters can make photocopies of their IDs.
Aaaabaloney. Inner city ethnic folks know that they can use the cameras on their phones to do that.
Like I said, it’s about getting votes from illegals and non-citizens, nothing more, nothing less, they try to make it about race to stifle opposition.

Buy alcohol
Buy cigarettes
Cash checks
Sign their kids out of school
Register their vehicles
Buy a vehicle
Or any one of a dozen other things that require a photo ID.
