Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.) launched an effort to prevent forced vaccinations in the military after a massive outreach by troops. In a tweet on Monday, Massie said Democrats have attacked his recent proposal to ban forced vaccinations of U.S. troops.
The congressman added he introduced HR 3860 to outlaw vaccine mandates in the military, which has been already back by 24 lawmakers. This came after reports claimed Joe Biden’s Pentagon might require vaccination for U.S. troops by September.
“They want everybody to get vaccinated, even those who don’t need vaccinated,” he asserted. “If you followed the science, the Moderna trial showed there was no benefit of the vaccine to those who recovered from infection. The Pfizer trial showed there was no benefit to those who had from infection from the vaccine.”

It’s martial not marshall
You don’t seem to understand that covid 19 is a biological weapon it escaped it was released but either way it is a bioweapon no different than smallpox or anthrax and our military is correct in treating it as such. When version 2.0 is released those without immunity to the spike proteins will be decimated fortunately it seems our military intelligence community is planning for just that. Had covid19 been closer to MERS it’s case fatality rate would have been like MERS in the 30 to 40% range it’s dang lucky for the world the chicoms either deadened the strain some or were working on a precursors strain to the full bioweapon version. Either way the spike proteins are nearly identical having immunity to one will carry over to the others.
I know I caught that dang auto correct thanks.
So what would happen during that slow walking, would the troops be forcibly injected?
I was just stating a fact.
I’m thinking a religious exemption would have to receive a hearing if conscientious objection to use of abortion in any capacity were raised.
"Forcibly injected" like held down against your will? No, nothing like that. What happens is you get told to be at X location for vaccination. You don't want the jab? You don't show up or you do show up and try to get them to stamp your paper without the actual jab. If you cause a scene they probably just ask you to leave.
Now your name might show up on a spreadsheet as noncompliant, and since you didn't obey a valid order to show up at X and get the vaccine, you can now be punished under the UCMJ for at least one article (the military word for a "crime", some of which aren't crimes at all). Usually this would be an article 92, but when the command wants to throw the book at someone, they'll throw on multiple articles just to be petty, and because the punishment is decided and carried out by the command, it's up to them to be as light or as severe as they want to be.
If you're a twenty year E-7 putting in your retirement, rarely would you get rank taken on the way out (and your final rank determines your retirement benefits), but it's possible, and a very effective motivator for guys on the way out because they've been making plans for years on what to do when they get out based on that check being the size they think is coming to them.
If you're twenty years into your military career you are also used to just giving the military what it wants, so you probably just take the jab and hope whatever screws you up is covered by the VA. The bulk of the refuseniks would be junior enlisted who haven't had their spirit totally broken. They're always the bulk of UCMJ articles because you don't get to 20 years of service by continually breaking rules, break enough and you get the big chicken dinner (bad conduct discharge), or you don't get an option to reenlist.
Ha—thanks!
Thank you doctor
“ Officers can resign at any time.”
Nope
Better go review your history again. Washington ordered smallpox inoculation of all troops and recruits on Feb 5, 1777.
Eight years? My active duty commitment was 4 years, West Pointers had a 5 year commitment. I've never heard of an 8 year commitment, unless it was for doctors whose medical degree was paid for by the military.
Are you forgetting your reserve obligation? In general, your total obligation should have been eight years.

Chapter 2
Officer Service Obligation Policies
2–1. General
Officers entering military service must complete a total of 8 years military service obligation. Service will be on active duty or in the Reserve Components, in either enlisted or officer status (10 USC 651). (See tables 3–1 through 3–4 for ADSOs.) Instructions for computing ADSOs are contained in paragraph 3–2.
If your Legislator is not on the list why not give him a call and ask him/her why not?
BTW, mine is on the list.

Thanks for the correction. I didn’t pay much attention to it, as I did over 8 years active. Never did any Reserve time, the desire just wasn’t there.
“ Loyal Americans in the military should have quit en masse when Biden was sworn in.”
Good strategy, Clausewitz.
