President Biden appeared to check his notes after being confronted by the press on whether Russia was behind a recent ransomware attack while he was shopping inside a store in Traverse City, Michigan, on Saturday. "With the most recent hack by the Russians, would you say that this means – " a reporter is heard asking about the attack that targeted Miami-based IT software management company Kaseya, before Biden interrupts her to say that they "don't know" yet if it was the Russians.

The clip is worth watching.
I’ll admit that they often seem to pump Biden full of something and he sometimes performs in public a bit better than I expect. But in this clip he isn’t pumped full of anything, and he seems very lost.
Had Trump ever had a single moment like that, people would have initiated the 25th immediately.
Fox News from what I understand didn’t even show,Trumps rally! But man did they run stories about the left going after him, and likely are giddy over that fact
They will never allow it.
He would not be able to pass it and if they did ever give it to him, the results would leak out and all hell would break out.
I had to take one about 4 months ago per the agreement with my Insurance co. The first thing they ask you is to remember two things-mine was clock and chair. They ask you what those were after the last of the test is done. Then you have to draw the clock face with the hands at certain positions...etc. Things like that. Count backwards from ten to one, then what are the odd numbers from ten to one.

This is an example if his impairment that will be ignored.
It was a 100% planned photo-op and statement on recent hacking.
It’s supposed to be he goes in a coffee place (like Starbucks but not Starbucks) to buy coffee (as if the President needs to stop off at cafe — empty except for him — to buy coffee.)
A counter girl just coincidentally has a question for the President about recent cyber attacks. She asks it just like a Whitehouse reporter, exact same syntax, tone etc...
So that’s the set up. Biden is going to make a statement (that ultimately is saying we may attack Russia) based in a concerned question from a knowledgeable concerned working class woman at the cafe he happens to go to to get a cup of coffee.
The orchestrated unreality of Totalitarian regimes.
But uncle Joe can not even answer the pre-arranged pre-planned question.
He eventually pulls out note cards to answer the planted question.
His mind is that far gone.
And the answer was that We May Attack Russia.
Biden just happened to have the notes in his pocket to answer that particular question..

I took this a couple years ago and did pretty well. It appears simple, but is surprisingly tough.
I had the same thing with some kind of a medicare annual wellness screening. They gave me 3 words to remember. I got the first 2 then said “something else” for the 3rd. (I knew it but was yanking their chain!)😀
Biden seems to have responded quickly and correctly to the initial question without referring to his notes, not sure what the fuss is.
If referring to notes keeps him from blurting out something stupid on follow up....so be it.
