The Trump Organization and its chief financial officer Allen Weisselberg have been indicted and charged with tax-related crimes.
Weisselberg, 73, who began working for Donald Trump's father Fred in 1973, will appear in court on Thursday, two sources told The Washington Post.
His charges are related to the failure to pay taxes on benefits obtained as part of his work for Trump. ...
... the Manhattan district attorney's office has apparently failed to 'flip' Weisselberg, who was spotted driving from his home to Trump Tower on Tuesday....reports suggest prosecutors have spent months building a case against Weisselberg, a senior executive, in the hope that he might flip...

Weisselberg also had a couple of library books on accounting that he didn’t return. Late fees might be in the thousands.
Hillary still walks free
Crackhead Biden, too.
How about the execs 3 Martini lunches with clients who are
just his buddies and not clients at all.

It’s way more serious than that my FRiend.... he probably paid for some office expenses with a credit card that gave him travel points and then he used those travel points for a ‘personal trip’ and didn’t declare the money it saved him as deemed income.
Everyone is a criminal.
If they want you out of the way, regardless of who you are, there’s ALWAYS a law you have broken somewhere.
All THEY have to do is find it.
And, if they cannot, they just make one up.
This perk is a normal feature in Europe. As we internationalize trade this will eventually be a perk here.
It’s possible that whatever he’s been accused to have done, didn’t violate federal tax law only the state tax laws.
NY has one of the most complicated tax systems in the country which is even further complicated by the city’s tax code.
Al Sharpton owes a couple million in taxes doesn’t he?
Which is exactly why Rush and others left and stopped doing ANY business in Fun City.
The Manhattan district attorney’s office has apparently failed to ‘flip’ Weisselberg
I note CNN on its website has downplayed this story which seems really telling.
Well there you have it, now we know the secret to how Trump made his fortune! lol
p
So about Giuliani getting disbarred for a BS reason.... Here we have NY prosecutors acting like persecutors for a political gain. If the CFO owes taxes, levy the fine and be done with it. There’s no reason for these theatrics or the oppressive approach taken.
Vance and the DA that openly said she was ‘going to get Trump’ (prior to an investigation of any crime no less) need to be disbarred. Removed from office for misconduct and indicted for their abuse of power.
Democrats are making banana republics look more trustworthy these days than our own country.
Another Kangaroo trial in another New York State Kangaroo Court.
They tried to flip Weisselberg for months but he would not, and remains loyal to PDJT, refusing like General Flynn to fabricate evidence for the sewer crew over at Cyrus Vance’s shi**y NYC leftist Dem plumbing works. This is worse than Tammany Hall.
I can hardly wait until the PDJT Trump attorney’s lay the boots to Vance and sue him for malicious prosecution.
The only reason this indictment was issued is because PDJT is conducting rallies with tens of thousands of loyal attendees.and looks good to go as a 2024 presidential candidate.
The Dems are scared to death of PDJT, as are the RINOs of the eGOP.
On to VICTORY PRESIDENT TRUMP,
DAMN THE TORPEDOES, FULL SPEED AHEAD.
Here’s the real story: After spending countless hours radical Trump haters spent who knows how much of taxpayers dollars combing through tax returns and they came up with…..
Not paying taxes on imputed income.
I’m just going by what Jason Miller posted on Twitter
