An attorney who represents former President Donald Trump said that last week he asked Manhattan District Attorney Cy Vance's team for details regarding any charges under consideration and the team noted that they were weighing bringing charges against the Trump organization and specific workers pertaining to alleged failures to shell out money for taxes for corporate benefits and perks.
"We asked, 'Is there anything else?'" attorney Ronald Fischetti informed Politico. “They said, 'No.'"
Fischetti informed the outlet that Vance's team noted they will not pursue charges against the former president when the first indictment comes down: "They just said, 'When this indictment comes down, he won't be charged. Our investigation is ongoing,'" he said.
There will be a direct relationship between how hurtful the election audit is to the dems, and how aggressive they attack Trumps chances of re-election.
Right now, they seem to feel pretty safe.
But this seems reminiscent of Trump asking Comey straight up: “Am I under investigation?” and Comey lying and saying “No”.
I figure there is an even chance that Trump still faces indictment by Vance.

All an indictment is is a formal charge. It has nothing to do with guilt. There is a phrase you have probably heard.
“A Grand Jury will indict a ham sandwich.”
The AG knows it has no case at all and is more interested in continuing the process in an attempt to further muddy the President.

THE RNC has to watch what they do and say! If anything happens to Trump, they will pay dearly! MAGA supporters will not ( and I am right now) not supporting them. They still have the mindset that if Trump is gone things will go back to normal. Everything I read and see, this will not happen.

Anyone who thinks Trump will not be indicted is whistling past the graveyard. They simply have to do it to teach everyone else a lesson.

Read this a collusion between Cy Vance and the media. Rumors, innuendo, and just fabricated lies will continue because the investigation continues. There is a pesky little fact behind all of this. Each day that ticks by is another day closer to statute of limitations prohibiting any type of indictment of PDJT. This investigation is being driven under NYS law, which has statute of limitations of two and five years in the criminal code. Do the math. When did PDJT relinquished control of the Trump Organization? What is today's date?
It seems Cy Vance is a failure. He is following in his father’s miserable footsteps.
