Former vice president Mike Pence has defended allowing election fraud on Jan. 6 and called Trump supporters “un-American” for demonstrating against the ghastly crime of a stolen election.
“Now there are those in our party who believe that, in my position as presiding officer over the joint session, that I possessed the authority to reject or return electoral votes certified by the states,” he said. “But the Constitution provides the vice president with no such authority before the joint session of Congress.”
In actuality, Pence refused to use his authority to reject the vote steal, instead opting to make pathetic excuses given to him by his handlers for not taking action.
He went on to call Trump supporters “un-American” for standing for election integrity, further solidifying his reputation as a traitor against the Republic.

That MIGHT be true. But Pence did NOT have to be there that day. He could have turned that task over to Patrick Leahy. But No.

What is it about Repubs who think they have to say whatever it takes to make the media like them.
Pence, is projecting. He is attempting, unsuccessfully, to cover his behind for his cowardice and betrayal. He attempts to hide behind a False Premise that one man does not have the ability to choose the president.
No one ever said such a thing. Nor did anyone request such a thing from him. The VP’s role in this is NOT a Rubber Stamp. He was presented with many hundreds of Sworn Affidavits by Poll Workers of Blatant Election Fraud they personally witnessed and Attested to under the Penalty of Purgery.
He was asked to send the “Certified” results from those states back to those states for investigation. He didn’t have the Balls to do so. He took the Coward’s way out and accepted them regardless of the Huge Cloud hanging over thoem. Pence is at best a Coward. At worst a duplicitous POS.
Mike, don’t you get it yet?
If you want to have a political career, then go for it, as is your American right. You do you.
But Mike, the more often YOU keep bringing up that fateful day on Jan. 6th, that will only serve to wither your minimal support away even faster. I guess you will need to sip the wine to realize it’s poisonous. Go for it Mike. Knock yourself out. It;s a bit late for Blind Ambition, but whatever.

The mask of “Mr. Nice Guy” has fallen away and is off burning by spontaneous combustion in a corner somewhere. I can hardly wait for the results of the AZ forensic audit and then the GA, PA, WI, etc. forensic audits to come out. Maybe he expects to get a gig, like Paul Ryan, with one of the major media outlets. Because in all certainty, his political career would seem to be over.
Mike’s one regret is he couldn’t vote to impeach Trump. You know he wanted to. What he would have really liked was for Trump to be impeached and removed from office.
Pence personally put CCP BiZiden into the position.
Pence shows us his ignorance. Anybody that wants our nation to fall has to be ignorant. He must be a whiz at policy, and good with regulations, and a good speaker, but totally out of touch with the American people who still believe in the promise of our Constitution.
Pence is one of them. Not to be trusted ever.
I wonder what crimes he was involved in that Trump found out about. This has always been my theory as to why they all hated him.
Let me fix that. Mike would have liked Trump to be impeached and removed from office but he wouldn’t have voted to impeach him. That of course would have been political suicide.
Yes indeed. I’m somewhat surprised he didn’t organize a plan to oust Trump by a 25th Amendment scheme so he could take over.

Mike’s only criticism of what happened post election is reserved for the Jan 6 th protesters. Not a word about the election theft. Which makes me think he didn’t want to continue as VP to Trump for another four years. He wanted out. He was going to spend his following four years laying the groundwork for 2024, doing book deals, fundraising , reconnecting with the swamp and singing his own praises on all the wonderful things he did as Vice President.

Pence was a safe choice. Like Sessions, Barr, Kavanaugh, Gorsuch, Barrett, etc.
