The Delta variant which infects Israel is also the same variant that’s now threatening to be dominant strain in the USA.
It is supposed to be more transmissive than the original Coronavirus.
The question is how severe are the cases compared to the original SARS-COV-2?
I’ve read that most positive cases are asymptomatic or very mild.

You may not be as happy when you look at non-Covid viral diseases in the Holy Land though. Seems like the immunity to non-Covid viruses has dramatically dropped in the most vaxed pop on earth. Flu, rino, adeno, etc have taken a very very dramatic upswing (as in close to epidemic levels) at a time of the year those viruses always wane from the pop.

You couldn’t get me to go to a concert or nite club these days now that the mask mandate is over. I go shopping and elsewhere without one but I use hand sanitizer diligently and avoid touching ppl because...gross. I’ve turned into a germaphobe like Trump. I refuse to get the vaccine but I use every other reasonable form of protection I can to avoid catching Covid again, if that’s even possible with natural immunity.

And I recall reading somewhere that the “vaccines” were the trigger cause for new variants. I was skeptical at first, but all the right fact-checkers jumped so fast to debunk this it gave me cause to hesitate on tossing it aside.
