No Vaccine creates a steel curtain around you.

Only thing vaccine does is make your body familiar with signature of virus proteins so when virus invasion takes place your body is BETTER prepared to fight the virus.
I was vaccinated with smallpox vaccine at age 5. At age I got infected with smallpox and it was horrible. Very high fevers and dime size yellow blisters all over my 8 year old body. But the vaccine saved my life. Mortality rate from smallpox is higher than 30%.
