I think it's fair to say the distribution of spike proteins would remain the same regardless of the dose. But we still need to extrapolate down from at least 100x the human dose to the distribution in humans. Ovaries ended up with about 0.1% of the administered dose at 48h when they ended the experiment.

Also they measured "lipids" so presumably they are measuring the migration of the vaccine, not the spike proteins produced by the vaccine? I assume the production of the spike proteins would be proportional. Liver had the most by percentage, almost as high as the injection site at 48h. That suggests blood stream.

Compared to what? Unvaccinated women? No. They seem to be comparing the Jan vaccinated population to recent vaccinated population to get the 475% increase. But they are not giving or considering the numbers of vaccinated women, for Jan or recently. We know there are a lot more vaccinated women recently than in Jan, probably more than 475% more.

Also if they just gave the current pregnant vaccinated women number we could compare to the expected miscarriage rate. But they don't give any numbers at all. Just 23 which is anecdotal.
