Five people were shot, including two suspects, during an attempted robbery at a multimillion-dollar Hollywood Hills home early Friday, Los Angeles police said.
Three armed suspects tried to rob someone at about 2 a.m. outside the home reportedly owned by Fashion Nova founder and CEO Richard Saghian.
Shots were fired during the attempted hold-up, prompting one man working security at the home to return fire, striking two of the suspects, one fatally, LAPD spokesman Jeff Lee told The Post.

9:40 AM PT — Law enforcement sources tell us the suspects
ordered 2 men who were traveling in the Rolls with Richard to
the ground and took jewelry. Richard had already gone inside
his home. We’re told Richard’s security came out of the home
and that’s when the shootout started.
8:41 AM PT — Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the 3 suspects
tailed a Rolls-Royce containing Fashion Nova CEO Richard
Saghian into the hills. We’re told it’s unclear if they were
aware Saghian was traveling in the vehicle, or if they only
followed it because of the Rolls’ value.

No description of the perps, but I’m sure all concerned are on the alert for “suspects.” Mustn’t leap to conclusions, but if I lived in the area, I’d be on the lookout for buggy tracks.
