On Thursday, Joe Biden announced that a bipartisan effort to reach an infrastructure agreement had found roots. Republicans had talked the price tag down to $579 billion in extra funding, bringing the total investment in infrastructure over the next eight years to $1.2 trillion, less than the Biden administration's original $2 trillion plan.

But instead of celebrating the agreement or spinning it as a win for the Biden Administration, leftists such as Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) chose to highlight what they saw as a fatal flaw in the negotiations: the senators invited to the White House to announce the bipartisan deal were all white.

Infrastructure is very diverse. Think about it. The asphalt roads are black, the center lines are painted yellow as are one of the traffic lights, stop signs and lights are red, park signs and other tourist signs are brown, concrete bridges and lane lines are white.
But, alas, there is no baby blue and pink to represent the trans community. So I guess she does have a point.

Great! Itemize the 10T you need, get it out on the congressional web site and give the citizens of this country a month or so to review it and ask questions.
Her unintended consequences are she would be doing the country a favor by stopping it...But don’t tell her that.

As a Christian, I am reminded throughout Biblical history, Our Lord commonly uses evil to destroy evil….it’s happening, Hallelujah! Unfortunately, our nation has discarded God and is being given another chance to return to him through his grace….America had better not blow our second, third, chance…the only way out of this mess appears to be revival, but then history records that only happens when a Nation is brought to its knees.
I did forget to mention the same pattern applies to a man, not just nations. The created man runs to money, wealth, science, self, government….when that individual hits rock bottom and realizes NO ONE thing can deliver him, he will cry out, sad, but human nature. DO NOT doubt this.
Imagine that. Unbelievable. I wonder where they found them all to bring them in to be at the announcement.
