A proud MAGA social influencer is challenging AOC for Congress

While Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez represents part of the Bronx and Queens, she's not really a New Yorker. Although born in the Bronx, the socialist congresswoman was brought up in non-diverse, chi-chi Yorktown Heights (median household income: $137,580) and attended pricy Boston University (annual tuition: $58,560). Her policies has been disastrous for her constituents, whether on a local or national scale.

Now she has a challenger. Tina Forte, a Bronx native, an athlete, a passionate MAGA-supporter and patriot, and a social influencer with a sizable following has announced her candidacy and has a knock-yer-socks-off introductory campaign video.

What Forte has is grit, guts, fortitude, cojones...whatever you want to call it. When she's not positioning herself for Congress, she has language that would make a sailor blush, but that comes along with absolute raw courage. Take, for example, this video, which she made at the height of both lockdown and George Floyd madness. Of course, if you dislike obscenities, skip the video, and take my word for it that she is utterly fearless and passionately devoted to the Constitution, America, and MAGA:

For that fearlessness, Forte's gained over 210,000 followers on Twitter. She also has a companion website selling pro-American, anti-Democrat clothes and accessories. As with her Twitter rant, the online store is not for the faint of heart because it's rude, crude, and obnoxious. Forte won't be having high tea with the Daughters of the American Revolution any time soon. On the other hand, I'm willing to bet that many of the soldiers who slogged after George Washington for eight long years were every bit as raw, and as passionate, as Forte is.

AOC was primaried in 2020 and won, then got re-elected on her own ‘merits’ with 3 opponents.
The problem isn't just AOC, it's her constituents.

AOC got 150k votes in the 2020 election and her republican challenger got 58k, it’s not a swing district. She has an enormous capacity to raise funds and a very public profile. A majority of the locals in her district clearly prefer her.

Any challenger has to overcome those odds of winning is the objective (most of the time I don’t believe winning is actually the objective, it’s all about getting outsiders to donate and raising a media profile for some people) and while it’s not futile to try, the local candidate has to get local support, not just internet dollars from people fooled into thinking she has a chance to be toppled.

No— the problem is singularly her constituents- as it is in most of this craphole state. They are effing fools and more to the point, they are the definition of insanity. You know- keep doing the same thing over and over and over again but expect a different result.

Should AOC then go unchallenged? There's a cost to defending even a safe seat and those costs should be ratcheted up. There's a financial cost and emotional cost. As for the emotional cost, they should have billboards with AOC's IQ (my estimate is 80) and ask the voters if they'd like to continue to be represented by one of the dumbest members of congress. AOC should be unrelentingly attacked for her ignorance, stupidity and hypocrisy.

Of course not. But let's not pretend that the seat is in play or that she has a realistic chance.

The only chance Forte (or anyone else) has to beat AOC is to move even harder left of Ocasio.

Those constituents are made up of tens of thousands of welfare deadbeats. I would surmise that at least 70% of the AOC district population is welfare dependent.

A big reason why those on welfare should NOT be allowed to vote.
