No, people are going out and committing crimes with guns. But whatever you do, do not blame the people who are committing the crimes; blame the tools they use. And certainly don’t look to several states’ practices of ‘catch and release’. Blame the guns, who in my experience just sit perfectly still until someone picks them up.
