I don’t see a section of the Vatican reserved for refugees. Would need to be surrounded by 24/7 riot squads so the guests don’t break out and rape, burn, pillage, steal everything in sight.

1- Sell off all the priceless pieces of art, documents, artifacts that the RC church owns.
2- Cash in all the investments that the RC church owns.
3- With the billions of dollars of proceeds, collect illegal immigrants from around the world and house, cloth and feed them on properties/buildings that the RC church owns around the world - including Vatican buildings.
