Pennsylvania state Senator Dave Argall, who chairs the committee in charge of overseeing elections, told the Pennsylvania Capital-Star that a forensic audit was a “very real possibility.”
“There are a lot of things under consideration right now, and I told them to check back in a week or two and we hope to have some more detail,” Argall said regarding a meeting he had with activists who support the audit on Wednesday.
President Trump called out Argall and other state senators by name in a statement earlier this week. “Why is State Senator Jake Corman of Pennsylvania fighting so hard that there not be a Forensic Audit of the 2020 Presidential Election Scam?” Trump asked in a statement. “Corman is fighting as though he were a Radical Left Democrat, saying that a Forensic Audit of Pennsylvania not take place. Why is Senator David Argall playing the same game? Are they stupid, corrupt, or naive? What is going on?”
“Other State Senators want this Forensic Audit to take place—immediately,” Trump continued. “I feel certain that if Corman continues along this path of resistance, with its lack of transparency, he will be primaried and lose by big numbers. What went on in Philadelphia and other areas of the State must be properly and legally exposed. If it is not, just like with open Borders, we won’t have a Country anymore!”
A small delegation of Pennsylvania lawmakers observed the Arizona audit earlier this month.
President Trump and his campaign have long alleged irregularities and fraud in battleground states where election laws were violated. These allegations have been loudly dismissed by the media. But on Friday, massive election integrity issues in Atlanta were witnessed and documented by a contractor hired by the Georgia secretary of state,

Our Dem governor will fight it every step of the way.
I wish these web sites would just wait until a decision has been made ...I’ve been listening to this possibly, maybe,etc.. for weeks now. And now on the verge! When it’s a go then I’ll listen.
I was born in Pittsburg but left when I was 10 days old. Did I miss something important?
The non-AZ states are moving as fast as John Durham on benadryl.
I'll help you out there... the answer is no.
The governor of PA is only lifting his emergency orders because the state constitution was (narrowly) amended and he couldn't legally keep it going any longer, the lieutenant governor gleefully flaunts the law and promises that he'll do it even more in the future. The secretary of state allowed behavior on a massive scale in the 2020 election that was without any legal basis, and ... Oh wait, she resigned because she was protecting pedophiles... I'm sure her replacement is nice. If it gets by the executive branch though, the PA supreme court, which was a corrupt institution that protected itself until the democrat AG figured out how to shame some of them into retirement by showing their porn habits, is now a corrupt institution mostly appointed by the current governor and very much aligned with his interests. The republican party in PA is also still largely controlled by chamber of commerce people who enjoy sitting on their hands when Trump-like candidates win primaries so they can protect their patronages.
The only good thing is that each election, the percentage of republican voters in PA who don't know this gets smaller.
Here in Arizona, we got no help from the R governor, R attorney general, and D secretary of state. The AZ Supreme Court was not involved either
We have a 2 R advantage in the State Senate. They fought the R controlled Maricopa Board of Supervisors and won in a lower State Court to get the audit going.
So it should be up to your R controlled State Senate to get an audit going.

Bait...click$...bait....click$...bait...click$...
It’s ALL about the money!
The 'h' in Pittsburgh.
It's because they are assistant Democrats. Exactly when was the last time the Republican controlled legislature cut taxes, cut spending, or made the people of the Commonwealth more free? They are a bunch of Democrats.
You missed an 'h' in Pittsburgh.
Until the USSC decides its going to get involved don’t bet on anything out of PA... the PASC was an active participant in allowing fraud and illegality in the election. They will rule to shut anything that happens here down.
The USSC will have to overrule them which to date has shown its unwilling to do
Nailed it.
Therin lies the problem for the PA legislature. No matter what legislation or legislative oversight action they pass, if it gets to the courts, the PA Supreme Court is stacked to the gills with partisan democrat appointees and is going to stop it. The PA Supreme Court already has rewritten PA law to suit partisan democrat interests in at least two high profile ways that have no basis in PA law (they threw out a redistricting plan and, without any constitutional basis, imposed their own congressional district boundaries on the state -- helping to give the US House of Representatives to the Dems; and they made several rulings in the lead up to the 2020 election about voting rules that again had no basis in PA law but benefitted democrats.)
The PA Supreme Court makeup is highly unusual right now, but it is likely to stay unusual if state Republican legislators don't correct it. I believe the first time that really starts to be a reality is 2023, so PA Republicans have to be patient and persistent if they want to see meaningful changes.
Proves to those who do not believe so that the election was indeed stolen and that the current “leadership” is illegitimate.
We all know that. This is like a nightmare that won’t end. Trump is still my president.
Not this human vegetable and certainly not that cackling slut, God forbid.
