Which goes along perfectly with reasonable, modest, common-sense restrictions on the right to keep and bear arms, on the rights to free speech and a free press, on the right to petition the government for redress of grievances, on the right to be free from warrantless searches, on the right to be free from cruel and unusual punishments, on the right to be justly compensated for takings, etc.

To accept the LGBT agenda you must believe that the Bible itself is a immoral text. With almost complete acceptance of gay rights among the younger generations this will destroy Christianity in our nation.

The younger crowd, many of them, have been brainwashed into it. Worked with several like that at a church organization. Seminary students too.
Too many liberal adults crept into seminaries to teach their spin.
You can go straight to gay, but God help you if you want to go gay to straight.

When I grew up in the Episcopal church homosexuality was considered a sin. Then my church became very involved in hospice work for AIDS patients which brought in LBGT partners to our church. Then we got a lesbian minister. So I saw my church go from homosexuality is a sin, to it’s a disease, to it’s normal, to it’s sanctioned. That’s when I left, before it was required.
I wonder if they understand that many of those prayers are for them.
I wonder if they will ever realize why we are praying.
I wonder how they will regard those who pray when it is they who are on their knees screaming in pain and fear of their eternal torment.
They should ask themselves why they are so angry right now.
Maybe they are angry because they think we will be happy when they receive their judgment... but they are wrong.
Anyone who wishes to see someone in hell is no Christian.
If there is someone I need to forgive, that is all I have to do is image what it would be like for them in hell... which forces me to realize that whatever they did against me is not deserving of that form of punishment in hell forever.
Many who are guilty of FAR worse than they will have escaped this judgment because they sought forgiveness from God instead of acceptance from men...
And when they realize this when it is too late for them, this may explain why their anger will turn to the gnashing their teeth... but nobody will hear them then.
For Prayer cannot help them there.

Sick of that crap. Didn’t read the article but responding to the headline. They need to keep their mouths shut. They are gay and wanted to be recognized and demanded to be recognized so we recognized them and now they want to start telling us we can’t pray. Just because they don’t like it and may have to put with it. Plenty of room in this world for people to do whatever they want. If you don’t like it then don’t be around it. Go some where else, but don’t tell people they can’t do it. Was not to long ago these very same people were wanting to be recognized. Maybe they need to remember that first.
