I’m gonna be a dick today, because that’s a personal choice. It’s the middle of June and the COVID-19 vaccine is available (and free!) to anyone in the United States over the age of 12. This is a miracle. If you’re fully vaccinated like I am, you can throw parties now. You can travel. You can eat out. You don’t have to quarantine at home, counting toilet paper rolls and making hatch marks on your bedroom wall and wondering when you’ll be free of this bloody pandemic. It’s over for you. You won. You could even celebrate by going to a baseball game! But oh s—t, wait just a moment …

This is what is so blatantly irrational about a position like this individual has. Why should anyone who has been vaccinated like myself be worried about the health of of someone who has not been vaccinated?

This isn’t just about the desire for social control over others in the purest sense, although it’s not dissimilar to banning softdrinks over a certain size. I think it has more to do with the fact that they believe most “anti-vaxers” are republicans and conservatives. What this all really stems from is the same old hate that the lefties have been demonstrating more and more

Not understanding the rush to get an unproven, non-approved experimental injection involving a new technology (mRNA), for something that has a 99% + recovery rate, while wagging one’s finger at those who refuse. All while low-cost therapeutics and prophylaxsis are proven to work (ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine, etc).

A critical aspect of the Emergency Use Authorization for vaccines is for there to be no other viable treatments for covid. That is why Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine have been smeared as much as they have. Also include the profit incentive of mass injections vs a less than $1 per pill treatment. The U.S. medical system follows the dollars, not the science.
