Fox News, right-wing websites and Republican lawmakers are promoting a new false flag conspiracy that the FBI orchestrated the deadly assault on the US Capitol.
The haywire theory originated from an article published Monday by Revolver News, a right-wing website. From there, it was picked up by Fox News host Tucker Carlson, who used his opening segment on Tuesday night to slam the FBI, saying it played a role in the January 6 attack.
Several Republican lawmakers quickly piled on. They entered the article into the congressional record, tweeted about the Fox News segment, condemned the FBI agents who supposedly "organized and participated" in the Capitol attack, and demanded answers from the FBI director.
But here's the problem: The underlying article was nothing more than a conspiratorial web of unproven claims, half-truths and inaccurate drivel about perceived bombshells in court filings.

There appears to be truth in that statement. Remember their paid reporters behavior?
When you look at the various video coverage, in the end...all it took was a couple of Capital Police who opened doors and allowed people to ‘roam’.
It’s not a giant conspiracy...it’s probably three or four CP folks at best.
What stands out here, if you think about it...other than the White house and Pentagon....this one building was supposed to be one of the most secure buildings in DC. The only way it failed in security is ‘human-cause’. A couple of guys allowed it to be penetrated.

The ‘Rats are likely the prime motivators of the Jan. 6 provocations. Hence their continued coverage of the day to this day.

In Soviet times citizens could figure out the truth by the denials of Pravda. Never believe anything from the District of Criminals until CNN has denied it .

I understand the “false flag” claim is because somewhere it was revealed the FBI had penetrated the Proud Boys and other militias and presumably played a role in planning the attack. They were arrested without their identities being known and then not charged when known. There was more to it but I don’t remember just now.

Actually Revolver News was hardly the first source to report this. Most of us here at Free Republic have known this for months.
If you take all of her chemicals and surgeries away, she is probably at the very best a 1 sacker...
