An Arizona State University policy requiring students to be vaccinated before taking on-campus classes is now in shreds.
Arizona's Republican Gov. Doug Ducey posted a series of tweets saying that the state university is not going to be allowed to issue stricter policies than he would approve of.
He followed that up with an executive order shutting down the policy.

Vaccine privilege
Vaccine supremacy...
A big yellow VACCINATION painted on the streets....
Same in INDIANA..IU was going to do the same,,,but the AG of IN said that it was NOT ALLOWED
Nice.
Anyone who proposes to mandate taking the shot of a vaccine that is clearly experimental and has know and unknown risks including death had better lawyer up as they head into those treacherous waters.
Parade of fools.
It doesn’t matter what the risks are because the guvmint has signed off agreeing not to hold those companies accountable.
Guess no one will need to worry about me suing them over the jab.
Interesting...
Federally, it could potentially be argued, the FDA has not approved any of the 74 “CV-19” vaccine makers.
Additionally, a high percentage of US servicemen have rejected any “CV-19” vaccine.
Even further, (probably the lawfare ground zero), is the constant fight between state and Federal jurisdiction.
The other angle won’t even come up, which has to do with the actual science, which largely contradicts the entire politically motivated, global socialist narcissism and societal control and reduction, which is really driving the vaccine campaign.
Seems the country is starting to line up on one side or the other, refusing to be caught in the middle. When does the war start in earnest?
And their argument will likely be “You didn’t HAVE to take it.”
Not arguing but the limitation of liability extends to the makers and the giverment in the event the person takes the jab of their own free will and thus the reason for the waiver of liability. I doubt that protection extends to a university mandating the jab and prohibiting free access to education for qualified persons in the event they decide not to take the jab.
We are pretty much doing that with everything...
You doubt the protection extends... but I don’t doubt it at all. Libtard statists are in charge.
too late, karen ducey has already torpedoed any chance of a political future
True, and I can request a statement of financial responsibility for side-effects of the jab from the 'authority' demanding it as a private citizen. They will laugh at the first one, but if a dozen or so are presented by incoming students, they are looking at potential class action suit.
The Nuremberg Code specifically addressed experimentation on human beings.
If that university is receiving federal funds, I think this policy would actually be illegal, or at least should endanger their funding.
Yes, nor does that exemption extend to employers who mandate vaccination. They are inviting the liability on themselves.
I oppose ALL Mandates for health procedures by government and taxpayer funded institutions such as universities.
Private corporations should have the rights to make their own rules. Bad rules will drive them into bankruptcy. Capitalism is self correcting.
