Not arguing but the limitation of liability extends to the makers and the giverment in the event the person takes the jab of their own free will and thus the reason for the waiver of liability. I doubt that protection extends to a university mandating the jab and prohibiting free access to education for qualified persons in the event they decide not to take the jab.

Yes, nor does that exemption extend to employers who mandate vaccination. They are inviting the liability on themselves.
