Arizona Republican Congressman Paul Gosar grilled beleaguered FBI director Christopher Wray Tuesday in a hearing, pressing Wray on why the name of the law enforcement officer who executed unarmed Capitol protester Ashli Babbitt has not been released to the public. Wray dodged Gosar’s pointed questions.
“Do you approve of lethal force against unarmed citizens, particularly a 110-pound woman with no warning, no use of non-lethal force prior, while lying in wait?” Gosar asked Wray. When Wray smugly replied “Not gonna try to answer a hypothetical, especially one based on a case that I just said I-” Gosar snapped back “That actually wasn’t a hypothetical, that’s actually what happened.”
Ashli Babbitt’s widowed husband appeared on Tucker Carlson Tonight on Monday night with an attorney to demand the name of the officer who shot and killed his wife.

Ashli Babbitt, the unarmed election integrity protestor and USAF veteran, was gunned down by a Capitol Police officer on January 6th, during the protests at the US Capitol in Washington DC. On Wednesday, the Department of Justice announced that they would not pursue charges against the officer responsible, claiming that there was “insufficient evidence” to determine whether her civil rights had been violated.

Her husband had gotten no closure from his wife’s shooting.
He wants to know who is responsible, partly, perhaps so that he will know if his own life is also in jeoprady. Rumors, but no clear answers.

The shooter and others (FBI, etc.) probably fear some people or people might seek out revenge.
Hence the protection.
I do Not condone any revenge, I want a proper trial and our Justice system involved.
The shooter has already been named.
I still think the shooter was a congres critter. In my opinion, if it was a cop, he/she/it would have been thrown under the bus months ago.
We want THEM to name him publicly.

Judicial Watch has brought a broad Freedom of Information Lawsuit against DC which has not been responded to. The death certificate is one thing (out of many) they asked for. That should be pretty simple and it is a necessary legal document to probate an estate.

That I don’t know. I would be surprised if they had shown him even that much courtesy. The husband is probably under some level of surveilance whether he knows it or not.
“They”, or the Dark-Government would want to know who he’s associating with, and in what capacity.
Guilt makes you do paranoid things. The Government is smeared with guilt just by concealing the name of the killer.
So do I - a black Democrat. Blows up a dozen narratives if they admit it.
The Government’s pieces don’t fit. Therefore they are lying again.

Ashli Babbitt, an unarmed woman was executed at point blank range. Wray doesn’t give a sh(t because she’s white, conservative and straight and he and his boys kiss democrat butt...
