No need. Unlike standard police forces, the Capitol Police are not required to release the names of officers involved in shootings. They never have. The shooting has been ruled justified, they don't need to release the name, the officer in question enjoys qualified immunity, so no need to toss anybody under any bus.

Not sure about that . BothDemocrats/Republicans understand that 10’s of millions of their constituents want them tarred & feathered & that is on a good day throwing the folks who guard them under the bus is not a good idea
