Texas will finish what President Trump started.
Later this week, I will unveil our plans to build a border wall.
The Lone Star State will do what Biden REFUSES to do — protect our citizens along the southern border.

We’ll see how brave Abbott is if the shooting starts on the Texas border.

Well, Texas does have the right to declare war on Mexico or the cartels, or whoever else is invading its borders, as do any of the other states.

According to SCOTUS, tenth amendment is merely a truism. It has no power.

Whatever the opinion (Or non if Cert is not granted) of 5 SCOTUS that rule the same way on particular issue at hand.
To: erkelly
Maybe, but Abbott can’t even deal with the state’s power availability issues. He would turtle-up during live fire with Mexico.

Governor Abbott is exactly right, and within his constitutional authority.
The feds have been engaged in lawless behavior for 160 years, and look at all the incredible and needless suffering that has resulted.

Well that would make him differ from his predecessor Rick Perry, who seemed to think "states rights" applied to anything and everything EXCEPT border security... "that's the federal government's job" (and meanwhile, La Raza Rick will pander to them by offering them in-state tuition rates)
