Former President Obama is claiming right-wing media outlets of profiting by stoking “fear and resentment” among white people toward a “changing America” — pointing to national pushback on critical race theory as an example.
The 44th commander-in-chief told Anderson Cooper in a CNN special Monday that many race problems are a reflection of the US not having “fully reconciled with our history.”
He said it was “hard for the majority” of white Americans “to recognize you can be proud of this country and its traditions and its history and our forefathers and yet, it is also true that this terrible stuff happened.”

The fear based on race is justified. Below link will take you to FBI statistics of crime by race. The numbers are dreadful to say the least. When comparing black verses white crime one must take into count that whites outnumber blacks by a factor of 5. Thus to normalize for comparison multiply the black crime by 5. Black society in the United States is very violent.

Back in 2007, there was a program called “The Half Hour News Hour” on the FOX network. It was a comedy, organized like your typical evening news show, and it let you see what we would get if the mainstream media was right-wing, instead of left-wing. For one of the jokes, they promoted an Obama fan magazine, called “B.O.,” using his initials for the name. Sometimes I wish the situations in that program were real, rather than a parody.
