A 14-year-old girl is seriously hurt after she and a 12-year-old boy allegedly armed themselves with stolen guns and opened fire on Florida deputies, officials said.
The children, who reportedly ran away from a group home hours earlier, allegedly broke into an empty house Tuesday night, which the homeowner said was stocked with an AK-47, a handgun, a shotgun and a large amount of ammunition, the Volusia County Sheriff's Office said.
The 12-year-old boy told investigators he grabbed the AK-47 and two loaded magazines for the AK-47 from a case in the bedroom, according to the charging affidavit.
Deputies surrounded the home and made announcements, trying to talk the children into surrendering peacefully, according to the sheriff's office.
But the children started shooting, allegedly with the homeowner's guns, the sheriff's office said.

Some no doubt will comfort themselves stating that it was the violence in Grand Theft Auto that led these “children” to attempt murder. Some will argue that these “children” were probably permantly brain damaged in utero by their drug using mothers and living in a drug infested enviorment. Much more politically correct to blame Grand Theft Auto than the consequences of widespread drug use and cultural decadence.

Providing Grand Theft Auto to children is cultural decadence.
We had a 1st grader last year who would put the Lifetime psycho women to shame. She would do absolutely devious things to her mother. She disrupted class constantly. Her mother was very sweet, but seemed to have no idea how to deal with her. She once hid her mother’s lifesaving medication. It’s sad to call a young child very dangerous, but she was.
Kam was 25 when he did the crime. He appears to have been an incel, and played violent video games virtually every waking minute. He had zero criminal record before plotting and carrying out the double homicide. He never admitted the murders, although he did a pretty terrible job of covering his evidentiary tracks.
A droplet of blood found inside one of the hinges of his glasses was genetically matched to one of the victims, and his DNA was found inside the victim's house, whom he had never met but had stalked and studied for some time.
He seemed to believe he had not killed anyone, although he showed emotion when he realized the evidence against him was inescapable.
The murders were done by cutting tools, two of which he left at the scene.
If she doesn’t survive... should there be destructive demonstrations and violence?
I grew up with a brother who was officially diagnosed as a sociopath as an adolescent. He did such things and continued to do so as an adult. He spent most of his childhood in and out of juvenile and then eventually jail and prison.....................Bad seed.................
