Without nukes, the Soviets would’ve rolled on us with someone like a Carter at the helm. They had a 5 to 1 advantage in armor and probably 6 to 1 in artillery. MAD was our magic cloak.

I understand that. What I’m saying is that from what I’ve read written by some Bulgarian posters Cheshnigirovo is an airfield not used any more, and the building that they entered was inside the airfield perimeter. There is a lot of funky business going on in Bulgaria.
That may be the answer, because it didn’t really make sense if what was written was accurate. Thanks for clearing that up. 8>)
It does not matter what they did as long as they were diverse and hate white people.
