Conservative talk show host Dana Loesch is set to replace the late Rush Limbaugh's show in a multiplatform deal with Audacy and Radio America.
Her show will be broadcasted in 11 markets including Kansas City, Las Vegas, Richmond, Wichita, Gainesville, Greenville-Spartanburg, Philadelphia, Austin, Buffalo, St. Louis and Hartford, according to a press release from the companies.
"We're thrilled to partner with Radio America and welcome Dana Loesch to our broadcast and digital platform," Jeff Sottolano, executive vice president of programming for Audacy, said. "Dana is a leading conservative voice and influencer and both her daily live show and future original podcast are terrific additions to our best-in-class news and talk offerings."
Loesch told The Hill in a statement that she is not attempting "to be Rush" who died in February from cancer.

I trust that Dana will be seen by many as a decent choice. IIRC, I’ve read some not particularly enthusiastic comments about Travis and Sexton.
I dont recall ever hearing Dana on the radio.
My talk radio is KLBJ-AM out of Austin but since the passing of Rush I rarely tune in anymore.
I like Dana. She will do well.
I want her to take a management role with the NRA. She would make an excellent spokeswoman re 2nd Ammendment issues.
Fail. No one will tune in, except a few Rush loyalists - I won’t for sure. No one can replace Rush.
Since one can get their talk from anywhere even while mobile these days is more choice a bad thing? A decade into rush Limbaugh on the radio the number of copycats and pretenders was amazing. There was a spectrum of Talk that was unsustainable but the growth was undeniable. It worked out and brought more listeners to the premier broadcasts and proved liberal talk without a humor bent was virtually unlistenable.
No interest in any never Trumper. Next?
I am in the second market she was introduced to. Indy. I don’t trust her at all. Opportunist. To me it seems all she cares about is her brand. Right now it is being an ultra-right harpie, but she was lib in the past. I don’t trust chameleons. BTW, I listened to her for about a year and she gets to the point where you would rather listen to fingernails on a chalkboard than listen to her shrill carping.
Dan is fine as far as I know. T&S, I have no knowledge about.
There are a lot of shows in the same time slot, but on different syndication networks.
So was Thomas Sowell, who is revered on FR.
Same here. We have Bongino in our area. He’s good but I rarely tune in anymore.
February 2016. Several of those have been quite strong supporters since he took office.
Pavlich too.
Still running Rush highlights in Houston
That’s the only negative information I’ve ever had about Sowell. I just bought my Father the newest Sowell book. I’m sorry to hear he may have been so off base re Trump.
A never Trumper, no thx, good-bye Dana
No one has taken over the golden EIB microphone. They continue to do retrospective shows with rotating hosts.
I have no problem with anyone who was “Against Trump” in February of 2016. That was early in the Primary season, and we were in the nasty process of selecting a Republican candidate.
What matters to me is: What do these people have to say AFTER Trump was nominated? What do they have to say after seeing him in office for 4 years? Some of them continued their opposition and have effected a rift in the Party. Others changed their allegiance and got on board.
I don’t know about Dana Loesch?? I’m not sure I every heard her.
Dana is in Texas. I think Dallas. I listen to her quite a bit. She is pretty good. Big 2nd Amendment. I like her better than Bongino.
