The Fate Of Man Arrested for Capitol Unrest on Jan. 6th Has Been Decided
The Western Journal ^ | June 1, 2021 at 4:05pm | Jack Davis

Prosecutors on Tuesday revealed that they want to drop the charges against a New York man who participated in the Jan. 6 demonstration at the Capitol.

Christopher Kelly would be the first of more than 450 people who face charges in connection with the events of that day to have the charges dropped, according to the Washington Times.

Kelly, of New City, N.Y., was charged on Jan. 20 based on information supplied by a confidential informant. He faced charges of unlawful entry, obstruction of an official proceeding, and other offenses.

“The government and defense counsel have discussed the merits of the case, and upon reflection of the facts currently known to the government, the government believes that dismissal without prejudice at this time serves the interests of justice,” prosecutors wrote in a filing on Tuesday, according to CNN.

Politico’s report included a comment from what it said was an official source who indicated the charges may have been based upon a false assumption — that Kelly entered the Capitol building.

So the CI filed a false police report... no mention in the article about him being charged for that. Odd.

It’s been proven that this individual was nowhere near the Capitol . Yet he is one of hundreds if not thousands of political prisoners.

America has truly devolved into a banana republic.

That’ll show him.

Most of these people will end up dismissed. And broke from legal fees.

Meanwhile, what is the GOP doing to call this out and label it as wrong? That same GOP that keeps mailing me letters asking for dollar donations.

"That same GOP that keeps mailing me letters asking for dollar donations."

My paper shredder happily devours those letters.

What is the GOP doing? Seriously?

Holding their collective finger in the air to find out which way the wind is blowing!

I’m sorry, but relying on the GOP to get our country back or to maintain some sense of civility is what got us into this situation in the first place. If patriots are going to rely solely on politicians to enact corrections, then they deserve whatever hardships foisted on the country by the left.

I hope you at least save the "postage paid" envelopes and send them back with a five-page letter so that mailing you for donations actually costs them money...

...even if each page of the letter looks like this.

We all saw the same thing happen in the old East Germany ... people using the State to settle old personal scores

But because the accusers were working for the Government side, they were protected and never prosecuted

How much you wanna bet that the “confidential informant” that supplied this false info will never be charged??

Cell phone tracking data FBI confiscated from cell providers. The Pantie-FA and BLM knew enough to not carry a tracker (cell phone) when THEY caused and perpetuated to incursion into the house of congress.
