Mitt Romney Mitt Romney. Mitt Romney. Drew Angerer/Getty Images Sen. Mitt Romney (R-Utah) would likely be among the first to admit that he's not the most popular name in Republican circles these days, but that doesn't mean his successful bid for the GOP presidential nomination in 2012 can't serve as a template for future contenders.
The Republican Party's 2024 picture is muddled. The consensus seems to be that until former President Donald Trump makes it clear whether he'll run, potential candidates will lay low. One way they can do that and still make some headway if they do ultimately enter the scrum is to get involved with 2022 House races, Politico notes. And Sens. Mitt had one job, block a conservative from the nomination. Mission Accomplished.
Willard is a lying POS...
HUH ???
America First isn’t going away, no matter how desperately Uniparty tries.
Then selected who should win.
POTUS Trump changed that.

RE: Mitt Romney’s successful 2012 campaign
Thanks for the joke. It made me laugh.
your meme is better...but hahahahaha
Successful?? Wow, what an illustration of leftist bias in the so-called press. The spineless wimp lost the election, made a fool out of himself in the debates. We don’t need more RINOS who only care about getting adulation from the MSM..McCain,et al
Mitt getting the “Profile in Courage” Award from the Kennedys? That about sums it up.
Yeh do everything possible to be the most unlikeable candidate you ever saw and then proceed to let the other side walk all over you cause Stuart Stevens and Zac Moffets polling shows you’d make the vaunted independents mad
Are you kidding me?!
The campaign was a disaster.
But then this is was obviously written by a Democrat plant.
The guy’s already an American hero for voting to impeach Trump and now he’s lauded as a political swami, too? Do his overflowing talents have no limits? /S
Successful?
Barky won, Mittens lost.

Eff’ing idiots, using failure as a model. I suppose Trump’s success in 2016 and 2020 (only to thwarted by election fraud) shouldn’t even been remotely considered. Yeah, that makes perfect sense.
Exactly. Romney was hand-picked. Then he (and everyone else) sat back. He had no will to aggressively campaign and seemed truly shocked when the Presidency wasn’t simply handed to him. It took less cheating for the Dems to win back then because he was such a milquetoast candidate.
🤨🤔😂
