My Proposal for a Top Constitutional Office Freedom from Blackmail Fear Act of 2021

I propose this Act because I fear that both Joe Biden and John Roberts are being coerced and I believe that we should not have a country run by blackmailers.

SECTION 1

The Congress of the United States declares that it necessary and proper to prevent top United States government leaders while in office from being blackmailed due to certain violations of state or federal law.

SECTION II

No public criminal or private civil prosecution of persons described in Section III may be initiated after the time limits of Section III, for:
(a) controlled recreational drug substance activity,
(b) sexual-related activity involving any person under age 17,
(c) sexual-related activity not covered under subsection (b),
(d) financially-related activity, or
(e) unlawful tax-related activity, including but not limited to fraud, non-payment or failure to report.

SECTION III

The following persons shall be protected under this Act, after the time specified in this Section, but never in any case of Section II, subsection (b), while the person criminally violated remains under age 18, if the criminal violation occured while the person was less than 16 years of age:
(a) any person nominated to the Supreme Court, thirty days after nomination,
(b) any person now serving on the Supreme Court, thirty days after enactment,
(c) any person having won at least three state presidential primaries after 2020, thirty days after having done so,
(d) any person who assumed the office of the President of the United States after the morning of January 20th, 2021,
having been officially placed into said office, after taking the oath of office required by the Constitution,
(e) and person directly related to a person of subsection(d) by blood or marriage, after the time specified by subsection (d).

SECTION IV

This Act shall not financially excuse the non-payment of any common tax itself.
