117 employees filed a lawsuit against a Houston-area hospital over its Covid-19 vaccine mandate.
The lawsuit argues the vaccine mandate violates the Nuremberg Code and US statutes that allow Americans to refuse “unapproved” treatments, according to Law & Crime.
The employees are suing The Methodist Hospital, the Methodist Hospital System and Houston Methodist The Woodlands Hospital.
David Bernard, the CEO of Houston Methodist San Jacinto Hospital told employees that they can find a job elsewhere if they refuse the experimental Covid vaccine.

“100% vaccination is more important than your individual freedom. Everyone [sic] of you is replaceable. If you don’t like what your [sic] doing you can leave and we will replace your spot,” Bernard told the employees.”

How about their health, not freedom?
Hallelujah!!!
I’ve been waiting for this to happen with brave REAL medical professionals.
God bless them and Godspeed, with this lawsuit.
I think people should keep in mind that they day may come when the FDA just waves its magic wand and says, “I now declare this vaccine to be approved!”
Then what?
Oh, now you just can’t refuse it, right? Because, you know, its not experimental anymore. Uh uh. It’s approved. So shut up and take your medicine.
For me, of course trying to force people to take experimental medicine is the worst — but if you try to force me to take an aspirin, I have a problem with you.
Mandating medicine is the problem. The experimental piece of this is just part of a greater problem. The core thing is that the government doesn’t own me. And neither does the Big Boss Man.
Show us the peer-reviewed clinical studies proving the "vaccine" safe?
You don't have any?
W. T. F?
About time.
Let’s see how the courts rule on the ‘health emergency’ of a virus which is technically less deadly to 2/3 of the population than vehicular crashes.
Not according to the Vaxcovidians.
They are just frauds like everyone else who opposes their so-called “vaccine”.
FDA will “approve” this junk for real any day now.
I’m a ‘transvaxxer’, myself. I identify as being vaccinated.
LOL, good one!
I plan on identifying myself as “immune”.
I’d lay money on the fact that what I had in April 2020 was COVID for as sick as I got.
But they weren’t testing in those days and you weren’t supposed to seek medical attention unless you had trouble breathing and/or your lips were turning blue.
I was very short of breath, to the point where I thought I had walking pneumonia, but since that’s viral and the only real treatment is rest, that’s what I did. Took it very easy for several weeks.
I think I had it in February 2020. My doc told me Dayquil and NyQuil.
“For the first time in the history of the United States, an employer is forcing an employee to participate in an experimental vaccine trial as a condition for continued employment,” the lawsuit argues.
The document continues by alleging that the defendant hospital “became the first major health care system in the country to force it [sic] employees to be injected with an experimental COVID-19 mRNA gene modification injection (‘experimental vaccine’) or be fired.”
“Methodist Hospital is forcing its employees to be human ‘guinea pigs’ as a condition for continued employment,” the lawsuit’s opening paragraph also says.
The article also links to a WaPo articles that says the trials have been completed which is BS because Phase 1 for Pfizer(which is what this hospital's offering) was supposed to go two years as per their own trial protocol documents. I hope more join them. They're only 117 out of 26,000 employees. I wonder if they're making all 26,000 do this or are lab workers and administrative people not being forced. Might only be those who come in contact with patients.

I agree finally someone has the guts to say enough is enough.
My daughter works in an assisted living facility. They had a meeting last week and were told if they aren’t vaccinated by a certain date they will be fired. She said over half the staff (including her supervisor) said they aren’t getting the vaccine.
Good!!
Sue, sue, SUE!!!
