President Trump issued the statement from his website amid reports that the Fulton County Election Board hired defense attorneys from a prestigious law firm who filed paperwork to halt the motion granted by a judge last week allowing the inspection of absentee ballots cast in the highly controversial 2020 election.
“Why are the Radical Left Democrats in Georgia fighting so hard that there not be a Forensic Audit of 150,000 absentee ballots in Fulton County? There can only be one reason, and that is because they know the vote was corrupt and the audit will show it,” wrote President Trump. “Republicans must fight hard and win!”
As National File reported, veteran election officials have alleged that up to 30,000 “fake” ballots have been found in Georgia. “Six affidavits now, we had four, now it’s six. Six affidavits of veteran election officials are alleging that up to 30,000 of these 147 [thousand] ballots are fake,” said Fredericks. “Somebody printed them up on a machine and ran them through the vote counting machines. They’re not real. They’re not attached to anybody.”
President Trump, who refers to the 2020 Presidential election as “the most corrupt Election in the history of our Country,” recently praised Arizona Republican State Senators for the “great job they are doing on the Forensic Audit of the 2020 Presidential Election Scam” in their state. “Our Country is watching as early public reports are indicating a disaster, far greater than anyone had thought possible, for Arizona voters,” wrote President Trump.

But, oddly, they aren’t saying that at all.
There is nothing that can be done about it now. The Democrats stole Georgia fair and square.

It was corrupt way before nov. Kemp had a senate seat to fill.. Doug Collins wanted it and Ga wanted him to get it.. Kemp paid no mind to phone calls and emails nor talk radio... he gave it to a wealthy woman. Collins served Trump well.. he is one of the Finest!
And Kemp, a republican, gave it to the wife of a wall street employee...
She lost the runoff.. Collins would have won it. That senate seat was the last one counted and a dem won.. in the stolen bucket.
That seat gave the dems the senate..
Here’s how ya do it... Trump reinstated..
About 4 police and 4 military go into the oval office and take hold of bidens arms. Lift him from the chair and escort him to a waiting vehicle. The moving van moves in as the vehicle leaves.
Perhaps the perpetrators can be prosecuted, but Congress and the Electoral College endorsed the Georgia vote, and SCOTUS declined to review the case.

Radical Left Democrats are not the only ones fighting against audits.
So are complicit Republicans.
It's Amendment 20 Section 3:
If, at the time fixed for the beginning of the term of the President, the President elect shall have died, the Vice President elect shall become President. If a President shall not have been chosen before the time fixed for the beginning of his term, or if the President elect shall have failed to qualify, then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified; and the Congress may by law provide for the case wherein neither a President elect nor a Vice President elect shall have qualified, declaring who shall then act as President, or the manner in which one who is to act shall be selected, and such person shall act accordingly until a President or Vice President shall have qualified.
An argument can be made about the nature of "failed to qualify." What if this failure to qualify isn't discovered until after the President's term begins? Is that President still unqualified via the 20th amendment?
If so, and if both Biden and Harris are found to not have qualified under the 20th amendment, Congress can then "declar[e] who shall then act as President." Furthermore, Congress can determine "the manner in which one who is to act shall be selected," perhaps meaning a special election, a vote in the House (either by delegation or member), or even reinstalling the prior President.
However, this would involve SCOTUS to interpret that "fail to qualify" is permanent, and doesn't expire at the oath of office even though the election was provably stolen by the new President who would otherwise have failed to qualify if the theft had been uncovered sooner.

There are no military or police with standing to arrest Biden for “stealing” the election. There were 50 separate state elections, none of which have been officially challenged yet, let alone overturned.

9th bars denial of unenumerated rights if the denial is based on the enumeration of certain rights in the Constitution, - say the denial of a right to a fair election, anything less then a fair election erodes ones voting rights. THe USSC arguments ere all based on the soverignty of the state legislatures in presidential election.
10th gaurantees state sovereignty - maybe here is where the right to withdraw certification lies and demand some sort of redress. I wouldn't bet the mortgage on these approaches.
