Biden's election was certified by all the states he “won”. Biden is the rightful president as long as those certifications stand. It's people in the questionable states who would get arrested first.

There are no military or police with standing to arrest Biden for “stealing” the election. There were 50 separate state elections, none of which have been officially challenged yet, let alone overturned.
