President Trump issued the statement from his website amid reports that the Fulton County Election Board hired defense attorneys from a prestigious law firm who filed paperwork to halt the motion granted by a judge last week allowing the inspection of absentee ballots cast in the highly controversial 2020 election.
“Why are the Radical Left Democrats in Georgia fighting so hard that there not be a Forensic Audit of 150,000 absentee ballots in Fulton County? There can only be one reason, and that is because they know the vote was corrupt and the audit will show it,” wrote President Trump. “Republicans must fight hard and win!”
As National File reported, veteran election officials have alleged that up to 30,000 “fake” ballots have been found in Georgia. “Six affidavits now, we had four, now it’s six. Six affidavits of veteran election officials are alleging that up to 30,000 of these 147 [thousand] ballots are fake,” said Fredericks. “Somebody printed them up on a machine and ran them through the vote counting machines. They’re not real. They’re not attached to anybody.”
President Trump, who refers to the 2020 Presidential election as “the most corrupt Election in the history of our Country,” recently praised Arizona Republican State Senators for the “great job they are doing on the Forensic Audit of the 2020 Presidential Election Scam” in their state. “Our Country is watching as early public reports are indicating a disaster, far greater than anyone had thought possible, for Arizona voters,” wrote President Trump.

The question with the 9-10 approach is "then what?" If a state was denied a fair election due to bad-faith actors, then what? If a state can revoke certification, then what?
Part of the answer to "then what?" is the procedure in 20. If it is found that certification was based on falsified ballots, falsified counts of legitimate ballots, counts of illegitimately received ballots, etc., then we enter "failed to qualify" territory.
The question then becomes, must these failures of qualifications be discovered before the safe-harbor date for the Electoral College, be discovered before the Congressional count, or be discovered before the oath of office to be valid for the 20th amendment? If so, it rewards cover-up by any means by the very same bad-faith actors.
If it can be retroactively applied via the 20th amendment, then both Biden and Harris can be removed and Congress can appoint an interim President while a new President is chosen via a means established by Congress.
Unfortunately, Nancy Pelosi will become acting President while Congress dithers over this. On the other hand, Pelosi would have to resign from Congress in order to succeed the Presidency. On the other other hand, Congress could retain Pelosi as Speaker if they act quickly to name a different acting President via the 20th amendment, declaring that the rules of succession don't apply in this case.

Any states that were certifying improperly due to election fraud have to be overturned, period.

It does not need to be said why the democrats are fighting the Georgia audit. The reason is obvious. If they were not guilty, they would want the audit to proceed to prove the election was bonafide. They would want to show the Republicans as conspiracy theorists!

Yeah....sure, CornPop won Arizona. Sure he did.
I think a lot will be told when President Trump starts holding some of these early rallies. Supposedly, he’s coming to Georgia. It’ll be interesting to see if he does, how big it will be(I’m sure it’ll be YUGE), who shows up(I’m thinking maybe Collins, Hice, Greene..no one else). If it’s as big as I suspect and hope it is, then it might embolden some folks to step up and get ready to challenge Kemp and the rest. If someone does and that person gets President Trump’s help, Kemp and the rest are yesterday’s news.
