Now this was predictable. I was suspicious when the judge initially ordered the clerk's office to scan the ballots over the holiday weekend. They would have gotten overtime and holiday pay for doing it. Then at the last minute, the judge issued a stay to adjudicate a nuisance motion to dismiss. Now, the storage building was left open and the alarms were tripped.

Well, Surprise! Surprise! Surprise!
Who could have predicted that?

Under normal circumstances, a court would make an inference from that behavior, i.e., the accidental/on purpose "failure" to provide adequate security.

So now post recordings from the surveillance cameras. If that does not exist, through in the towel because the audit will be another joke.

Fulton County is worried. They just hired two big time white collar criminal attorneys. One defended Ray Lewis the football player.

Why would one hire heavy hitting CRIMNAL defense attorneys? Hmm. Oh and at tax payer expense.

Fulton is dirty as they come. Full of extensive fraud.

I have been waiting for this. After all If the ballots are gone then they can’t be analyzed can they?

Who ever is responsible for security has some explaining to do.

If he can not, fire them on the spot and prosecute them forlosing custody trail.

I’ve often wondered why municipalities are allowed to do that. When the City of Atlanta would get sued, they either settled right away or they hired King & Spalding to represent the city, until they stopped paying the bill and King&Spalding walked away.

Why do cities and counties have law offices if the lawyers in them, can’t represent or defend the government body’s that hired them? I understand that they may not have the best lawyers on those staffs, but you get what you pay for and the taxpayer shouldn’t have to be paying both. At least not without approving it.

Cities and counties should be represented by public defenders

No, don’t fire them. Immediately take all involved in maintaining the security of the ballots, including admin staff into custody as suspects for interrogation. And all cell phones as possible evidence.

Persons of interest...leak all names to the press just as demon AG’s and FEDs do.

The clerk’s office didn’t scan the ballots. They provided to VoterGA, by order of the judge, the existing images they already had.

If the Republicans weren’t watching the building round the clock, they are still dumber than a bag of rocks.

“””alarm went off today at secure building where ballots were kept. The building was found left wide open & unattended.”””

And in a related story, investigators on the scene found the security cameras had malfunctioned. (sarc)

They didn’t have to steal them.

The B&E breaks the chain of custody.

All of the ballots in the building may as well not exist now.

Any recount of the ballots now would be meaningless.

Newsmax Correspondent Reports Alarm Sounds Today in Building Holding Fulton County Ballots for Audit – Building Found Wide Open

May 29, 2021 | Sundance

If this reporting from Newsmax correspondent Emerald Robinson is confirmed, the motives will be found in the recent court documents.  This is unreal:

(Tweet Link)

There is an ongoing legal battle surrounding the 145,000 absentee ballots that were due to be audited.  The audit was supposed to begin yesterday, Friday May 28th.  However, in a last minute court filing Fulton County officials are attempting to block the audit on procedural grounds {Go Deep}. A Georgia judge granted a 30 day pause in the audit until the legal arguments could be heard in court…. and now the building was compromised?

Witnesses previously said they saw ballots being counted twice, several batches of mail-in absentee ballots without folds (which is impossible), and the appearance of copying of ballots and machine filled ballots.  The initial review of low-quality resolution sample batches found a 21% difference in the number of ballots between what the election officials said was in a batch and the actual number of ballots in the batch.   That is part of the reason why the judge granted a full audit of the absentee ballots in Fulton county.

The alarm going off? The building left “wide open and unattended”?…
