Stating the obvious: No. And so goes my prior comments on this topic, only an act of Congress can shield employers from the looming liability on a number of issues, including wrongful death and, most-pertinently here, discrimination:
“The EEOC also said employers are required to keep their staff’s vaccination information confidential.”
Gee: I wonder what those masked employees in the back of the building are doing? Could they possibly be ‘unvaccinated’?
Nawwwww..../s
For religious sects that don't believe in modern medicine or doctors. Most religions have no objections to the vaccines.
This is the law. But there is an exception if the President is a Democrat. Then it's cool.
So employers can require a vaccine. But can they require inoculation of something that isn’t a vaccine?

Employers can demand just about anything. And there is not anything you can do about it except quit or get fired. Funny, the same crowd herd that cries for “at-will employment” are many of the same folks that say employers can’t require anything.
It’s one or the other, folks. Can’t pick and choose what you like.
My point is that the article seems to use the term “vaccination” loosely. I’m no linguist, but I suspect inoculation with one of these mRNA treatments (which are not vaccines) would not qualify as “vaccination.”
I remember last year during the Senate debates for the stimulus bills. Sebaceous Republicans we’re adamant about legal protections for businesses with anything covid-related.
It’s the very Senate Republicans, led by McConnell that were pushing for this. And now you are opposed and say sue, sue, sue?

How soon you forget.
Touché.

Everyone that contracted COVID, developed broad immunity and recovered is far better protected than the single strain, narrow immunity the “vaccine” provides.
Where is my equivalent of a vaccine card? I have immunity better than anyone that got the shot.
How could I have forgotten? I shall go to my corner forthwith.
Where is my equivalent of a vaccine card? I have immunity better than anyone that got the shot.
This is an excellent idea.
If my employer required that I travel to a tropical country and as part of that, get some vaccinations for tropical diseases, I’d have no problem if they were FDA approved.
If they were focused on safety, the question would be “Do you have antibodies against COVID?”
But that isn’t the question, is it? The quest is: “Did you take the vaccine?” And if your answer isn’t what they want, they will bribe or threaten you into taking the vaccine.
They really, really, really want everyone to take the vaccine. That’s all they care about.
This isn’t about safety. And it isn’t about COVID. This is about getting something inside of us.
I say “No” and I’m sticking with it.
Congress cannot shield employers from liability in COVID cases. Lawsuits over injuries and torts are adjudicated in state courts in almost every circumstance. Each state would have to pass its own variation of an employer immunity law, and we know that simply ain’t going to happen.
Pass a law. I don’t follow guidance.
You must be ignorant to the fact that millions of us believe and utilize modern medicine, but have religious objections to aborted fetal cell derived vaccines and experimental vaccines. These religious exemptions are not merely for the Amish
167,033,116 vaccinated is FAR BIGGER than Biden votes (including fake votes) + Trump votes (including stolen votes from Trump) in 2020 presidential election. IOW the vaccines are more popular than both Biden+Trump combined. When vaccinated number reaches 200,000,000 (in less than 2 months from now) herd immunity will be here. Un-vaccinated voters become such a small minority, they will face hardships in jobs, mass venues such as sports stadiums, air travel, cruises, movie theaters, etc. Very tough and sad situation coming up for the un-vaccinated.
My Body, My Choice ya filthy progs.
Yes, close to 1.5 million people received their first shots over the past couple of days (yesterday and the day before). That’s been the approximate trend.
