Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison announced Friday that his office will lead the prosecution of a former suburban police officer who is charged with second-degree manslaughter in the death of Daunte Wright.
Ellison said he is reviewing the case and the evidence against former Brooklyn Center Officer Kim Potter, raising the prospect of bringing murder charges against her.
Potter, who is white, fatally shot Wright, a 20-year-old black motorist, on April 11.

Can we compromise and just ban female cops? NR had an article claiming that a whopping 80% of fatal shootings of unarmed people (of all races) occured when a female cop was either a supervisor, or shot first.

Ellison wouldn’t release the George Floyd middle video. The one showing him not complying with going in the police car. He has many deaths on him.
Go ahead Keith, don’t just lead the prosecution team, but get about $18k/hr of pro bono help from Perkins Coie, et al. Don’t just prosecute this cop, bury her. Then when you get the conviction stride out to the microphones like a man.
Keith Ellison, Mohammedan woman beater and violent black racist, should be judged, not sit in judgement of anyone.

Actually, something eventually did - though the city was trying to keep that from happening. From the Wikipedia article:

Failing to see how that’s our problem. And that said, from what I’ve seen (aside from these two incidents) Minnesota needs a complete flush of their entire LEO system. Corruption that rivals Chicago.
If I recall that study correctly, it was a bit disingenuous. Most of the incidents where the female officer was a supervisor, the female officer wasn’t even on scene at the time. Hard to see how a shooting is the fault of a supervisor that’s not even present.
Also, FYI, the stats for “mistook gun for Taser” are pretty evenly split between male and female officers. This doesn’t appear to be a gender-linked issue, it’s a bad officer/bad training issue. Male officers have done the exact same thing.
