It’s possible that we could take the route of making Christianity more relevant to this generation. My concern has always be accurately portraying what is taught in scripture.
A faulty portrayal won’t get through.
But what if it gets accurately portrayed and still gets rejected? I wouldn’t support changing the message just to get followers.

I believe much of this is because the kids read
Harry Potter. Their young hearts were influenced.

The power of propaganda in the educational and MSM systems can’t be underestimated. The left have reduced critical analytical reasoning in the schools.
Put aside Christianity for a minute. These kids don’t even wonder whether there is a God. I’ve known people like that. They are dumb as a board when it comes to such deep matters.

I totally agree. We can only present the truth of Jesus’s message and pray that it is received. I see too much of changing the message to be secular humanistic to get those who have not been receptive, thus causing the loss of existing members who know the true message and reject the falsehood being taught merely to make it popular. I see this in the decline of the main stream Protestant churches over the last 5 decades. And it seems to be infecting the Catholic church as well, especially under the guise of “Liberation Theology” that began in the 1960s with the Maryknoll Fathers and Jesuits in South America.

I was working outside all day today (planting trees in my orchard), big mean looking clouds all around the mountain, wind gusting something fierce.
Just stopped to look around and thank the GOOD LORD for a glorious day.
No one is ever ALONE IN THEIR FAITH; if they have real faith they always WALK WITH THE LORD!
Can’t ask for better company when you are tired and feeling defeated.
