Wyoming state Sen. Anthony Bouchard, a Republican who has emerged as one of the most high-profile primary challengers to Rep. Liz Cheney, said in a Facebook Live video Thursday he impregnated a 14-year-old girl when he was 18.
Bouchard said they later got married with the blessing of her mother, and took care of the child. Bouchard and the girl married when he was 19 and she was 15, the Casper Star-Tribune reported. He added that they got divorced about three years later, and she died by suicide at the age of 20.

Plenty of time to drop him and find another good candidate. I sure hope Wyoming has some good prospects.
And then she killed herself at 20.
“Well... he can always switch parties and do very well in politics.”
Thanks for posting what many of us were thinking.
He married the girl. What more do you want?
Today or this week, details matter.
I hope the list of possible replacements doesn’t end up looking like that Star Wars Bar scene.
“And then she killed herself at 20.”
And today with DNA and better crime solving techniques maybe murder.
What’s that quote about dead girls or live boys? This guy should never have even talked about running for office. Yes, you can make mistakes and overcome, but this story should have been part of his announcement that he was running in the first place. Coming out later looks he got caught. Poor judgement is not a desirable characteristic.
How about not suiciding her
Anyone have a picture of toast?
Must be a lot of money in politics, to get so mean...
Bouchard said he and the woman, whom he did not name, were under “a lot of pressure, pressure to abort a baby. I got to tell you, I wasn’t gonna do it. And neither was she. And there was pressure to have her banished from their family.”
On choosing not to abort the child and to get married, Bouchard said, “I did the right thing.”
It's nobody's business. He married her. They divorced three years later. She apparently had personal problems because she eventually committed suicide like her father. This probably happened over 30+ years ago, so why is it an issue now? He's run for office before. The only reason this is brought up now, is because he's running against Cheney, whose family has their own skeletons in their closets they want to keep quiet.
lol
Good luck selling that.
He got a 14 year old pregnant when he was an adult.
She committed suicide.
That’s how the propagandist media will sell it.
I'm always tempted to post on the sixth or seventh reposting of stories like this, preferably right after it's posted [again]:
"Has anyone heard if Anthony Bouchard impregnated a 14-year-old girl when he was 18?"
Is there anyone in politics worth a sh*t? On any level?
