We’re going thru our “June gloom” period by the ocean. Upper 50s during the day and mid 40s at night. No sun until July.

I enjoy watching jumpstyle and shuffle dance videos and that’s where I found the tunes.
Just wish I could do the dances but you need “springs” to do them, and my springs are sprung. LOL

Thanks Kathy, lots of outdoors weekend work in hot weather but I need to sweat a few pounds off anyway.

Maybe your sleeplessness was due to your excitement at getting to go there. That was my problem the night before we went to see the kids. I was afraid I was not going to be able to drive the whole 7 hours, but I did.

Dang, it isn’t even June yet. That’s awfully chilly! I had no clue the weather was that cool there so late into spring and summer.

We just had a couple of weeks of March in May and are glad to see it end. Tonight is SUPPOSED to be the last of the lows in the 40s.

Wow...that does sound rather gloomy, but I love foggy days. Hope it doesn’t get you or your housemate down too badly.

I have watched the dances, and I’d LOVE to be able to do them. But, I’d die a horrible death at this point. LOL!

The eastern Pacific is very cold, so we have a marine layer that won’t quit until the sun gets strong enough. That will be July. I’m used to it. The fog is kind of pretty.

Excitement was part of it but it’s primarily that I was born a night owl and the body isn’t ready to go to sleep until early morning. Always been that way.
I’m heading out shortly to start getting things done so I can try again. Maybe sleep will come a little easier tonight.

I don’t know that the kitties missed me. They were more concerned about their food dish getting mighty low by the time I got home. LOL

It’s a lot cooler than I realized.

As long as one doesn’t have to drive in it, fog can be very pretty. Makes the outdoors kind of mystical. I enjoy walking around in it when we get it here off the lake behind the farm.
